How long to wait after doing level 2 Reiki for Level 3?

 Actually reiki is a divine Life force energy and she has her own consciousness , when a Reiki master attunes participants to become Reiki channels ,first times they experience the flow of energy which passes through . As second degree channel you can practice more and more  to clear the meridians or electric channels . Once the meridians are clear ,they will be absorbing and flowing more and more energy . In traditional system of Reiki  after doing second degree, one has to first do 21 days of cleansing in 30 days then they can apply this energy on others so they will have wide experience of healing . After practicing of 3 months they can apply for third degree to their respective Reiki masters if reiki master is  satisfied by their performance he can give them 3rd degree.
