In Master's degree , Reiki I attunement process is taught for non Reiki Channels. After teaching 10 -20 students , second degree is taught.
Grand Master- Once the Reiki master gains enough experience and perfection, he/she is entitled to be declared grand master by the his teacher. There is no higher degree than grand master. Only experience and seniority makes a difference.
